Dein Konto wird sofort gelöscht, und die App meldet dich ab.

Ohne App: per E-Mail

Schreib an [email protected] mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“, am besten von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 7 Werktagen und bestätigen dir das per E-Mail. Schreibst du von einer anderen Adresse, fragen wir vorher nach, ob das Konto wirklich dir gehört.

Was wir löschen

dein Konto: E-Mail-Adresse, Anzeigename, Passwort-Hash und die Verknüpfung mit Google
alle Anmeldungen und Bestätigungscodes
alle Vorschaubilder auf unserem Server und alle Analyse-Ergebnisse
Album- und Aufräum-Vorschläge und was du davon angewendet hast
Personen-Gruppen, ihre Namen und die Zuordnung deiner Fotos
deine Geräte, die Nutzungsereignisse der App und unsere Vermerke zu Fehlern bei deinem Konto
deine Foto-Credits: Sie verfallen mit dem Konto. Hast du noch gekaufte Credits, verbrauche sie am besten vorher.

Was bleibt

Kaufbelege (Produkt, Menge, Betrag, Datum, Bestellnummer) und die Buchungen deines Credit-Kontos müssen wir aus steuer- und handelsrechtlichen Gründen aufbewahren, bis zu 10 Jahre (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Wir trennen sie beim Löschen von deinem Konto: Name und E-Mail-Adresse sind dann nicht mehr damit verbunden. Ebenso ohne Verbindung zu deinem Konto behalten wir unsere Aufstellung, was die KI-Analyse gekostet hat.

Das Betriebsprotokoll unseres Servers enthält keine Namen, E-Mail-Adressen oder IP-Adressen und wird nach höchstens 13 Monaten automatisch gelöscht.

Auf deinem Handy ändert sich nichts: Deine Fotos und die Alben, die Equipora angelegt hat, bleiben dort. Die App selbst entfernst du wie jede andere App.

Abo in Google Play kündigen

Wenn du ein Abo hast, läuft es bei Google Play weiter, auch wenn du dein Konto löschst. Kündige es deshalb zusätzlich dort:

Öffne die Google-Play-App.
Tippe auf dein Profilbild und dann auf Zahlungen und Abos › Abos.
Wähle Equipora und tippe auf Abo kündigen.

Nur einzelne Daten löschen

Gesichtsdaten: Schalte in der App „Personen erkennen“ aus. Wir löschen die Personen-Gruppen, ihre Namen und die Zuordnung deiner Fotos sofort. Gesichtsmerkmale speichern wir ohnehin nicht.
Vorschaubilder und Analysen: Sie werden automatisch 30 Tage nach deinem letzten Scan gelöscht.
Alles andere: Schreib uns an [email protected], was wir löschen sollen.

Delete your Equipora account

Equipora is an app by Ilia Isakov, Montabaur, Germany.

In the app

Open Equipora on your phone.
Tap Settings at the bottom.
Below your profile you find Sign out and Delete account. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and the app signs you out.

By email

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete account”, ideally from the email address of your account. We delete your account within 7 working days and confirm it by email.

What we delete

Your account (email address, display name, password hash, Google link), all sign-ins and codes, all previews on our server, all analysis results, album and cleanup suggestions, groups of people with their names and the assignment of your photos, your devices, the app’s usage events and our notes about failures on your account. Your photo credits expire with the account, so it is best to use up purchased credits first.

What we keep

Purchase records (product, quantity, amount, date, order number) and the bookings of your credit account, for up to 10 years because German tax and commercial law requires it. They are no longer linked to your name or email address, and neither is our record of what the AI analysis cost. Our server’s operations log contains no names, email addresses or IP addresses and is deleted automatically after 13 months at the latest. Your photos and the albums on your phone stay untouched.

Subscriptions

A subscription keeps running at Google Play even after you delete your account. Cancel it in the Google Play app under your profile picture › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions.
